FINLEY, Lloyd passed away March 24 of pancreatic cancer at the age of 51. He is survived by his parents Jim and Millie Finley (Kelowna); sister Karen (Will ) Webb; niece Keeley (Brock) Andrews; his wife Violet (Edmonton); two stepsons Chris and Matt and their respective families; and more friends than you could shake a stick at. Lloyd was born and raised in Saskatoon, then moved to Edmonton where he met his wife Vi. He worked as a drywaller most of his adult life. He enjoyed fishing and camping and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He will always be remembered for his sense of humor and kind and giving nature. He faced his illness with bravery and acceptance, even though his time was short. He will be missed dearly. There will be a private family memorial service this summer at East Trout lake.
