This is such a sad moment to see the actuality of someones passing that you knew.
Joanie was a very boistrious . Plus the personality to go with it. She loved her German Shepards and started breeding to use them in the Police force here in Saskatoon.
I will never forget her the biggest smile form ear to ear and a voice to carry till eternity!
